Cal Gold Construction Corp. broke ground on Marketplace @ Main, a 116,000-square-foot retail center on South Main Street in Manteca, California. Anchored by a 52,000-square-foot Save Mart Supermarket, the development will deliver a full retail and dining corridor including Starbucks, McDonald’s, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Quick Quack Car Wash.
The project represents one of the most significant commercial investments in South Manteca in recent years, with Cal Gold Construction Corp. serving as general contractor on the ground-up build. In addition to the core retail delivery, the project includes substantial off-site infrastructure improvements extending from the 120 Bypass to south of Atherton Drive, addressing a long-standing need for the surrounding community.
